Line and Proportion workshop
Over the day we had four different still life arrangements like the one above to work from. Today we where concentrating on getting line and proportion of the object right. We had to bring in a variety of media to work with and a variety of papers to work on.
We got a range of activities to do throughout the day, one of the more entertaining ones was where we had to pair up, be blindfolded and be guided by the other. This is the drawing that I produced blindfold with James guiding me. It turned out looking more like a cartoon dancing aubergine. The exercise was to help us draw from what out brain tells us to draw rather then what we think we see.
